The Health, Safety and Environments (HSE) Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing operational processes in the areas of environmental management, health protection and occupational safety.
The HSE Manager is also responsible for coordinating training programs and investigating workplace incidents.
Requirements:
Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
Analyze accident reports and evaluate injury case studies based on available facts.
Lead accident investigations, maintain records of all incident reports and investigations for OSHA reporting.
Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and vendors.
Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
Maintains records of discharge of our employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
Maintains the safety compliance with customers Develop and implement vehicle safety programs.
Lead the Arvada, Colorado building maintenance program.
