Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Ability to use hand tools and power tools Ability to inspect and troubleshoot appliances Ability to inspect and troubleshoot HVAC units Apartment Make-readies Daily Grounds Support Required:
Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, and painting/texturing experience Commercial and/or Residential Building Maintenance experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own personal hand tools Preferred 1 year of Apartment Maintenance experience Pre-Employment screenings will be administered.
