Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant
PrideStaff is looking for an experienced customer service representative with strong admin skills.
This position will be supporting a busy HVAC company in Arvada.
Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated Data entry of service invoices Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule maintenance appointments Job Requirements:
Ability to type high accuracy Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong computer and phone skills Excellent customer service skills Must be able to work some holidays and Saturdays Attention to detail and able to multi-task Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen High School Diploma or equivalent PrideStaff Top rated staffing company 14 years in a row.
