We're seeking a full-time legal secretary to begin work between mid-March and early April.
The job includes e-filing, typing, answering phones, preparing documents, maintaining the schedule, some accounting/bookkeeping, and interfacing with clients.
Experience with WordPerfect, Quicken, e-filing, or legal billing software is helpful but not required.
Willingness to learn, attention to detail, ability to take feedback, and an unflaggingly friendly and helpful attitude towards clients are essential.
Hours are 8:
30am to 5:
00pm with a one-hour lunch break; pay is $23-$28/hour depending on experience.
