What will I be doing?
This company is adding a Professional Employer Consultant (PEC) to their team. Successful PECs love the sales process, excel at making data driven decisions, understand the needs of small business owners and are passionate about helping those businesses compete in today's market.
Your Job:
As a PEC, you will be responsible for selling the core Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services to small businesses (typically less than 500 employees).

Your Background:
Experience:
Minimum three years of selling in a B2B environment.
College Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred however an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Client
Experience:
Proven ability to reach and influence C-level executives and small business owners.
Technology: Comfort and experience with technology including demonstrated experience and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
How will I be compensated?
Base salary is $55 to $60K plus $3k draw for 1st 3 months + uncapped commission. Total comp 1st year 85k to 100k. Second year 100K to 175k

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
